Nonprofit Human Resources: Building High-Impact Teams
ID :
17128
« back to classes page
Talent is a nonprofit’s greatest asset. Many nonprofit professionals find themselves in a human resources capacity, officially recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding new staff, conducting performance evaluations, and negotiating salaries and benefits. Other nonprofit professionals find themselves managing, supporting and working collaboratively with the other staff and volunteers in their organization. Whether your team is made up of paid staff members and/or unpaid staff members (volunteers), skills in building a team, collaborating respectfully, and communicating clearly will strengthen your ability to successfully bring your mission to life.
Textbook provided.
This class meets remotely via Zoom and utilizes the learning management system, D2L. Login information for D2L will be emailed to students 3-5 days prior to the start of the class.
