Active, Junior Aardvarks, get moving! Learn fun and amazing ways to stay fit and healthy in this course! Students will be on the move each day, trying different activities which may include: soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, Ultimate Frisbee, yoga, and fitness. Students will develop fundamental sports skills while building confidence and relationships. Kids gain strength, stamina, flexibility, teamwork, leadership skills and a greater appreciation of how our bodies work! Students must come to this class in tennis shoes.
