Nonprofit Shared Governance & Executive Leadership is a course specifically designed for Executives of nonprofit organizations. The course reviews the Executive’s leadership role, responsibilities, and accountability with the Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers, Donors, & other Stakeholders particularly in the areas of shared governance, human resources, operational and program management, and financial and development management of the nonprofit organization.

Textbook provided.

Students will meet in-person on the Aims Loveland Campus and also complete online coursework through D2L. Login information for D2L will be emailed to students 3-5 days prior to the start of the class.

This class is part of the NLA Leadership Certificate.
