This course focuses on identifying the skills you’ll need to practice and sharpen for your next step in leadership. You’ll learn how to build on current strengths and talents, then skills and tools to become an effective nonprofit leader.

Students will meet in-person on the Aims Loveland Campus and also complete online coursework through D2L. Login information for D2L will be emailed to students 3-5 days prior to the start of the class.

This class is part of the NLA Essentials Certificate.
