Walking, Tone and Stretch (Loveland)

This course is designed to get you exercising.  Achieve a health-enhancing level of physical fitness through walking. We will warm-up and stretch, walk for 45 minutes with some stops for toning exercise, and end with a cooldown and stretching. Recognize the value of physical activity for health, social interaction, and wellbeing.  All levels of fitness welcome: beginners to advanced.

Students should wear comfortable clothes to walk in and shoes with good soles. A water bottle is strongly encouraged.
