Are you interested in enhancing your physical performance for workouts, sports, or active hobbies? If so, this class is a perfect fit for you. In this class, we'll be exploring routines that build on the foundations learned in YBR 101. You'll learn routines concentrating on core strength and nuanced breath work that will deepen your Yamuna Body Rolling experience. These routines aim to boost your strength and coordination, improving your overall function. Work and play with less pain and discomfort.

*Students are not required to take the 101 class prior to this class.

Students will be expected to purchase a rolling ball or bring their own for this class. The instructor will have a set of black balls ($33) or Advanced balls ($49) for purchase on the first day of class.
