“Once upon a time…” -The famous words that start out many of our most cherished and beloved fairy tales! Come learn about how most of those stories started out as folk-tales; oral stories handed down from generation to generation, to teach kids about certain dangers, preserving cultures, or even historical events. The stories we know and love are not always the same ones that were told centuries ago. In this dynamic, theatrical, and engaging telling of cherished tales from around the world, students will explore how they have evolved and influenced modern day literature, film and culture.
