PM - Take the Stage

They call it a Play for a reason! In this fun and hands-on class, students will be exposed to theater games and exercises designed to free their imaginations, build self-confidence, and encourage collaborative play with peers. Additionally, students will develop their characters and costumes, learn about script writing, acting techniques and dive into scenes! Through the exploration of a variety of character development and scene study, participants begin to build an actor’s “Toolbox” in this class. They will also perform a play that will be recorded and distributed to the students’ parents or guardians so they can see their actors/actresses hard at work!
