We all struggle at times with feeling confident, good enough, and healthy enough. In this space we will learn and discuss ways to feel better about who we are, and recognize what all we have in common with each other! Students will focus on mental and physical health, interpersonal relationships and leadership skills; such as time-management, goal setting and organization. We will dive into positive character traits and how we can work towards exemplifying them in our everyday lives. Daily content is taught in an energetic and highly engaging manner with opportunities for each learner to share and participate.
