Are you one of the many that wanted to learn how to play the guitar years ago? You probably bought a guitar, took a few lessons, learned the basic chords and then, for a myriad of reasons, never followed through with getting comfortable with the instrument. This class is for you! This class will go over strumming and picking patterns, selecting the correct song key for your voice, use of a capo, maintaining proper tempo and many, many chord changing exercises. At the conclusion of the class, you should be able to sit down in your living room and sing a song for your family.

Note: This is NOT a beginner guitar class. You need to know or at least have a familiarity with the basic guitar chords - C, F, G, D, A, E.

Items needed for this class include: guitar, capo, tuner, and music stand. If you don’t have a stand, the instructor recommends the Peak model SMS for its durability and ease to carry. Acoustic guitars only.
