This course is a online and in-person skills test course (blended learning/hybrid). If you register for this course you will complete and online portion between 6/1/2023-6/29/2023 and complete an in-person skills test on 6/29/2023 on the main Greeley Campus at the Cornerstone building room 166 at 5pm-6pm. 


This class is designed for healthcare providers such as Fire/EMS personnel, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, phlebotomists, radiology technicians, and respiratory therapists.  Including those enrolling into Fire and/or EMS programs. This American Heart Association BLS course trains participants in a blended learning environment. The majority of the class will be self paced online learning and you will complete an in-person skills test after you have completed your online learning. You will learn to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions for adults, children and infants, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), deliver appropriate ventilations using a barrier device, provide relief of foreign-body airway obstruction and provide early use of an AED. Fulfill a requirement in the field by taking this class and learn life saving skills that can benefit you and your loved ones.
