Lost-Wax Casting: Silver Rings

In this workshop, participants will sculpt a ring out of wax, create a mold of that wax ring, and participate in the ancient process of casting silver to transform the design into a wearable silver ring. Students will need to return to campus to pick up their creation as it will need to spend a few days in a tumbler to remove imperfections and polish the surfaces.
