Tai Chi Chih II (Loveland)

CourseGraphic Available to those who have learned all nineteen moves and one pose. This continuing T’ai Chi Chih class expands on the movements and integrates the principles into the movements. Each weekly lesson includes a full practice of all 19 moves and one pose. 

For ages 12 and up. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. Flat-bottomed shoes are preferred if worn at all.
