Dealing with a Criminal Assault Using Krav Maga Level II

In this Krav Maga/ Self-Defense Training, students will be introduced to Krav Maga techniques against a range of attacks, from unwanted advances to violent chokes and knife attacks.  Students will learn how to instinctively apply defensive techniques in stressful situations.  Each week we will focus on a different defense.  Ages 12 and up are welcome.
