Hands on Herbalism

Are you interested in creating your own herbal remedies but unsure where to start?  This class will answer all your questions: how to harvest a plant, how to prepare a plant, and what dose is appropriate for which situation.  This class will also teach you which herbs you can find in Colorado and how to grow them in your own yard.  After this class, you’ll realize how accessible herbalism is both financially and geographically.  Students will prepare their own tea and tincture to take home with them.
