CourseGraphic The gentle movement of T’ai Chi Chih connects the body and mind through the circulation and balance of our internal energy. Participants will be taught nineteen moves and one pose in this beginner session.  Reported benefits of this healing art include better balance, increased flexibility and strength, improved health and an overall sense of well-being and JOY!

For ages 12 and up. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. Flat-bottomed shoes are preferred if worn at all.
