CourseGraphic Thinking critically is the key to better problem solving. Every day, leaders/employees need to employ critical thinking to deduce information objectively, analyze it, and solve creative problems with the information at hand. The issues and challenges in today’s workforce are unique to the times we are living in. These challenges require proven tools and their application. Learn to think critically and creatively, share thoughts and opinions, use good judgment, and make sound, educated, decisions. Being able to think critically will also enable you to look at challenges from unique perspectives, making you more effective and self-reflective.
