This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the powerhouse, the core, low back, thighs, and hips.  Strengthen, stretch, and balance both your small intrinsic and bigger muscles while improving your posture.  Great for those newer to Pilates and wanting a safe alignment-based class. All levels welcome.
