Start each week with this gentle flow that will keep you centered throughout the week. Sandy will begin each session with a gentle moving meditation where the focus will be on the breath. From there, she will guide you into a chakra exploration, each week introducing a different chakra energy center and defining its characteristics. The practice will then flow into self-guided Reiki where students will direct the healing energy throughout the body.
For this meditation, participants will need a space big enough to lie down in (you can do this in your bed) and a couple of blankets or pillows, if you have a yoga mat please have it with you, though it is not necessary.
