Curious about belly dancing? This four-week intro class is for you! No dance experience necessary and all shapes, sizes and ages are welcome. Join us in this low impact dance form and you will learn basic belly dance techniques such as isolations, undulations, shimmies and a variety of hip movements, creating a foundation to grow your dance. We will touch on different styles of the dance and some costuming ideas. Wear clothing you are comfortable to move in and we'll have hip scarves to borrow and buy if you so choose, and you don't have to show your belly!
