Join us for an opportunity to dive into your energetic depths, discovering ways to help find balance in your body and in your life.
In this four-week class we will explore ways of balancing the energy of your chakras. Each one hour class will focus on balancing a specific chakra through the use of yoga asanas, essential oils, guided meditation, pendulum work and journaling. These are tools that you can use in your own personal journey. Please wear clothes you are comfortable moving in and bring a journal and writing utensil to class. In each class you will be given a journal prompt and homework to contemplate and write about in between class times.
