Journaling is a way to capture your life, but it’s also shown as a great way to reduce stress, manage anxiety and enhance self-awareness. We’ll cover different approaches to journaling and ways to make it routine and a habit. We’ll also cover the tools, techniques and types of journaling. By consistently recording life events, thoughts, emotions and observations, we can more effectively clarify thinking and establish a record for our daily life.

Each student will receive a journal to start this practice, or they may bring their own.
