AM - Active Aardvarks

Active, Junior Aardvarks, get moving! Learn fun and amazing ways to stay fit and healthy in this course! You will be on the move each day, trying different activities which may include: soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, Ultimate Frisbee, yoga, and fitness. You will develop fundamental sports skills while building confidence and relationships. Gain strength, stamina, flexibility, teamwork, leadership skills and a greater appreciation of how our bodies work! All students must come to this class in athletic shoes!
