CourseGraphic Build on your Tai Chi skills with this level two class. Learn movement with real-world applications, boost cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. Cultivate deep meditation and self-efficacy along with relaxation.

This class is being offered to both credit and non-credit students. All students will follow the same curriculum and complete the same projects. Attendance is essential not only to the learning environment but for the community of the classroom experience for all students.

Course follows syllabus for PED 1062: Tai Chi II.
