Nonprofits today can't rely on a single source of revenue — and yet too many of us get trapped in cycles of transactional, reactive fundraising that lead to burnout, donor fatigue, and organizational vulnerability.  This course that equips nonprofit professionals to strategically diversify their funding portfolios, strengthen financial resilience, and unlock new mission-aligned revenue opportunities.

Through interactive sessions, real-world case studies, and practical planning tools, participants will learn to assess their current funding mix, identify underutilized revenue streams, and design an integrated, sustainable funding model that fits their organization’s mission, capacity and stage of growth.

This course utilizes D2L, the learning management system. Students will be emailed their D2L login 1-3 days prior to the start of class.
