Nonprofit Shared Governance & Executive Leadership is a course specifically designed for Executives of nonprofit organizations. The course reviews the Executive’s leadership role, responsibilities, and accountability with the Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers, Donors, & other Stakeholders particularly in the areas of shared governance, human resources, operational and program management, and financial and development management of the nonprofit organization.

This course is asynchronous. Students will complete online coursework through D2L. Login information for D2L will be emailed to students 1-3 days prior to the start of the class.

An e-texbook will be provided and emailed to students on the day class begins.
