T'ai Chi Chih I (Loveland)

The gentle movement of T’ai Chi Chih connects the body and mind through the circulation and balance of our internal energy. In this beginner session, participants will be taught nineteen moves and one pose. Reported benefits of this healing art include better balance, increased flexibility and strength, improved health and an overall sense of well-being and JOY!

Ages 12 and up.

Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. Flat bottomed shoes are preferred, if worn at all.
