  • Leadership Fundamentals (building trust, transitioning into leadership, creating culture, managing different generations)
  • Leadership in Practice (communication, feedback, accountability, coaching, conflict resolution, EQ, psychological safety)
  • Capstone (scenarios, application going forward)
