BLS for Healthcare Providers Online Renewal: Eligibility: Those who are renewing a valid (non-expired) AHA BLS certification as of the date of the skills exam. Those certifying for the first time or those whose cards have expired are not eligible for this course. Audience: This class is designed for healthcare providers such as Fire/EMS personnel, physician’s, physician assistants, nurses, phlebotomists, radiology technicians, and respiratory therapists. Including those enrolling in the Aims Fire or EMS program Description: This American Heart Association course covers choking, one-rescuer and two-rescuer CPR for an Adult, Child, and Infant and AED use. Online AHA license key, AHA course link and certification card are included in the cost of the course. Payment/Refund: Payment is required at time of registration and this class has a non-refund policy. Waiting List: The CPR program does NOT participate in the waiting list feature of this registration system. Next Steps: A license key and AHA course link will be sent after completion of the registration and confirmed payment, please allow 3 to 5 business days for this key and AHA course link to be sent to the registration email address. The online certificate of completion must be sent to the CPR Coordinator (email@example.com) prior to being able to participate in the skills exam. Location: Skills exams are held beginning at 5pm on the evening of the "Start date" in room 170 of the Public Safety Institute building at the Aims Windsor campus located at 1130 Southgate Drive, Windsor.
