Accountability & Leadership in the Workplace

The shortest path to higher productivity is to create an environment where accountability is highly valued. In today’s world we often lack the tools to encourage and develop accountability in our work force. Far too many managers and supervisors simply blame this on “It’s a Millennial Thing,” when in fact it is a “Leadership Thing.”  In this workshop we focus on identifying the root cause of an individual’s lack of accountability. Knowing the root cause for poor accountability will help you create an individual plan to develop this valuable trait. In these 4-hours you will learn questioning and discussion techniques that will provide you with lifelong value, making you a great leader.
Cost includes lunch.
